Find your authentic path

Understand yourself, build confidence and create a more fulfilling life

One Life Coaching Middle East (One Life Coaching M.E.) provides therapeutic life coaching through one-to-one sessions in Dubai and online for clients across the UAE and internationally.

Founded by Anne Fátima Jackson, Human Behaviour Expert, Therapeutic Coach and AC Accredited Master Coach, our practice combines practical, goal-focused coaching with a deeper understanding of the thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns influencing your life.

You may feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. You may be navigating a significant change, questioning your direction or wondering why the same difficulties keep returning despite your efforts to move forward.

Our coaching is shaped around you: your history, personality, cultural background, circumstances and ambitions. We help you understand what is holding you back, work through patterns that no longer serve you and take practical steps towards a life that reflects your values and priorities.

The aim is to help you develop greater clarity, confidence and freedom in how you think, respond and live.

Life Coaching for Personal Challenges and Life Transitions

Make sense of where you are and find your way forward

Some changes are chosen; others arrive unexpectedly. Even a welcome opportunity can unsettle your confidence, relationships or sense of identity. You may also be struggling without an obvious external change, knowing that something needs to shift but finding it difficult to explain what or how.

Lasting Change instead of Temporary Fixes

Our therapeutic life coaching supports you with challenges such as:

  • Marriage, parenthood, bereavement and changing life roles: Taking on new responsibilities, experiencing loss or moving into a different stage of life can leave you questioning who you are and what you need. We help you make sense of your emotions, adjust to changing circumstances and develop a sense of direction that includes your own needs alongside your responsibilities to others.

  • Divorce and separation: The end of a relationship can bring grief, fear, conflict and uncertainty about your future and identity. We help you work through your feelings, strengthen boundaries, make considered decisions and rebuild confidence as you shape life after separation or divorce.

  • Relocating or starting a new life abroad: Moving countries can bring cultural adjustment, isolation and questions about identity and belonging, whether you are in your teenage years, midlife or beyond. Drawing on our experience working across cultures, we help you understand the adjustment, build connections and create a sense of purpose and home in your new surroundings.

  • Returning to work after a career break: Returning to work can bring self-doubt, imposter syndrome and uncertainty about your abilities or where you now fit professionally. We help you recognise your strengths, rebuild confidence and plan a return that reflects your current priorities and ambitions.

  • Career changes and questions about purpose: You may want a different career, feel uncertain about your next step or question whether your work reflects what matters to you. We help you clarify your values, recognise your capabilities and explore practical options for a more purposeful and fulfilling direction.

  • Promotion or new professional responsibilities: Greater responsibility can trigger performance anxiety, imposter syndrome and pressure to meet higher expectations. We help you understand the patterns behind these responses, build confidence in your abilities and manage professional demands while protecting your wellbeing.

  • Burnout, overwork and feeling underused: Constant demands or a persistent lack of challenge can leave you depleted, disengaged and questioning your value. We help you understand what is draining you, examine the expectations shaping your working life and develop changes that support healthier boundaries, motivation and fulfilment.

  • Anxiety, stress and experiences of panic: Worry, overwhelming stress or episodes of panic can affect your confidence, decisions and everyday life. We help you explore the situations, interpretations and recurring responses involved, develop tools for emotional regulation and build confidence in responding to difficult experiences.

  • Understanding your neurodivergence: ADHD, autism and other neurodivergent experiences can influence organisation, emotional regulation, sensory needs, relationships and your sense of being understood. Whether you have a diagnosis or are exploring your experiences, our neurodiversity-informed coaching helps you recognise your strengths, understand your needs and develop approaches suited to how you think and function.

You do not need to have everything clearly defined before you begin. Coaching provides space to understand your experience, identify what matters and decide what you want to change.

Therapy or Coaching Wrong Question

Our Approach to Therapeutic Life Coaching

Go beyond knowing what to do - understand and change what holds you back

Advice and techniques can be useful, but knowing what might help does not always make it easy to act.

You may know you need a boundary yet feel guilty whenever you set one. You may want a different relationship yet find yourself repeating familiar dynamics. You may recognise an opportunity for change but feel overwhelmed as soon as you begin.

Our integrated therapeutic coaching approach explores what sits beneath these difficulties. We draw on our expertise in human behaviour, cultural differences and the connections between thoughts, emotions, past experiences and present behaviour.

We help you understand how your brain has learned to interpret situations, anticipate rejection or judgement and respond to uncertainty. Together, we identify recurring beliefs, fears and emotional responses, examine how they affect your life and work through patterns that no longer serve you.

Your coaching develops around what we discover together. We meet you where you are and adapt the work to your needs, rather than expecting you to follow a ready-made programme.

Because your personal life, relationships, work and emotional wellbeing influence one another, we consider the whole person.

Together, we:

  • Clarify what matters to you: Explore your roles, values, priorities and the expectations creating pressure.

  • Understand the obstacles: Identify the thoughts, emotional responses and habits contributing to ongoing difficulties.

  • Work through recurring patterns: Explore what keeps familiar responses in place and develop alternatives that support your needs.

  • Build practical skills: Strengthen emotional regulation, assertiveness, boundaries, decision-making and communication where relevant.

  • Turn insight into action: Translate your goals into manageable steps you can apply in everyday life.

  • Review and refine: Examine your experiences between sessions, recognise progress and adjust your approach as your understanding develops.

The aim is to help you release the patterns holding you back and become more confident in making choices that reflect who you are.

Meaningful Change You Can Carry into Everyday Life

Connect deeper understanding with practical action

Insight becomes valuable when it changes how you experience and respond to your life.

Progress may mean expressing a need without immediately apologising, making a decision without seeking everyone’s approval, responding differently to a familiar trigger or taking a step you have postponed for years.

We help you recognise these changes, understand what supports them and build confidence in applying them beyond your sessions. Your goals and pace guide the work, with room to explore what emerges along the way

Therapy or Coaching? Start with What You Need

Therapy and coaching can both involve exploring thoughts, emotions, behaviour and personal change. Choosing support begins with understanding your needs and the approach being offered.

At One Life Coaching Middle East, therapeutic life coaching brings therapy-informed techniques into a coaching service. We explore the influence of past experiences and recurring patterns alongside your present circumstances and future goals.

This integrated approach connects deeper self-understanding with practical steps towards the life you want to create.

FAQs About Life Coaching

What is therapeutic life coaching?

Therapeutic life coaching combines practical, goal-focused coaching with therapy-informed techniques. At One Life Coaching Middle East, we explore how thoughts, emotions, past experiences and behavioural patterns influence your present life, helping you understand what holds you back and develop practical ways forward.

What makes your approach to life coaching different?

Our coaching is individually tailored and informed by our expertise in human behaviour and therapeutic coaching. Alongside practical strategies, we explore the fears, beliefs, cultural influences and learned responses affecting your choices. This helps us work through the patterns beneath a difficulty, including those that make familiar advice or techniques hard to apply.

How is therapeutic life coaching different from therapy?

Therapy and coaching can overlap in exploring thoughts, emotions, relationships and behaviour. Our therapeutic life coaching is a coaching service that uses therapy-informed techniques to connect understanding of your past experiences with practical changes to your future life.

Can life coaching help if I feel stuck but do not know why?

Yes. You do not need a clearly defined goal or a complete explanation of what is wrong before beginning. We help you explore where you feel dissatisfied, what keeps recurring and which expectations or patterns may be influencing your experience. From there, we identify priorities and practical steps that feel meaningful to you.

Can life coaching help with career changes or major life transitions?

Yes. We support clients navigating career changes, returning to work, promotion, retirement, relocation, marriage, parenthood, divorce, bereavement and other significant changes. Therapeutic Coaching helps you understand the emotional impact, clarify your priorities, assess your options and move forward with greater confidence.

Can therapeutic life coaching help me change recurring relationship or behavioural patterns?

Yes. We help you recognise repeated responses, such as avoiding conflict, struggling to set boundaries, seeking approval or doubting your own needs. Together, we explore what keeps these patterns in place and develop more constructive ways to communicate, make decisions and relate to others.

Is your life coaching suitable for neurodivergent people?

Our neurodiversity-informed coaching considers your individual strengths, communication preferences, emotional responses, sensory needs and practical challenges. Whether you have a diagnosis or are exploring your experiences, we work with you to develop approaches that reflect how you think and function.

Can I access life coaching online outside Dubai?

Yes. One Life Coaching Middle East provides online therapeutic life coaching for clients across the UAE and internationally, alongside one-to-one sessions in Dubai.

How long does it take to see results?

The time needed depends on your circumstances, goals and the patterns you want to change. Early sessions focus on understanding your experience, clarifying priorities and identifying useful steps forward. Changes in longstanding emotional and behavioural patterns may take more time, reflection and practice. We review progress together and adapt the coaching to your individual needs.
