Therapeutic Coaching

At One Life Coaching we have pioneered a new approach to building mental wellbeing: Therapeutic Coaching. Therapeutic Coaching combines the forward-focused structure of life coaching whilst incorporating techniques from psychotherapy to help provide depth to our sessions and tackle deep rooted problems. It is especially effective for individuals who want to work through deeper emotional or psychological challenges whilst also building a forward focused mindset and developing a path to a better future.

How is Therapeutic Coaching Different?

  • Life Coaching: Goal-oriented, practical, and focused on future growth and success.

  • Psychotherapy: Internally focused, targets strongly built mental barriers and helps solve deeper psychological issues

  • Therapeutic Coaching: Combines the forward planning and goal setting of coaching with therapeutic tools to address deeper emotional, psychological, or behavioural patterns that may be holding you back.

This holistic blend ensures you’re not just striving towards external achievements, but also healing, growing, and building sustainable wellbeing from the inside out.
